WallPaper provides a platform for browsing, downloading, and purchasing high-quality wallpapers for various devices. We offer both free wallpapers and premium theme packs available for purchase.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

4. Use of Wallpapers

4.1 Personal Use License

When you download a wallpaper, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the wallpaper for personal, non-commercial purposes on your devices.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share wallpapers with others
  • Use wallpapers for commercial purposes without proper licensing
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the wallpapers
  • Remove or modify any copyright notices or watermarks
  • Use automated tools to download wallpapers in bulk

5. Theme Packs and Payments

5.1 Purchases

Theme pack purchases are processed through our secure payment provider. All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.

5.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided in cases of:

  • Technical issues preventing you from accessing your purchase
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Significant product defects or misrepresentation

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

5.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All wallpapers, text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Service are owned by WallPaper or our content providers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Trademarks

WallPaper and our logo are trademarks of WallPaper Inc. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Scrape or crawl the Service without permission

8. Download Limits

Free accounts are subject to download limits to ensure fair usage:

  • Free users: Up to 10 downloads per month
  • Theme pack purchases: Unlimited downloads for wallpapers in purchased packs

We reserve the right to modify download limits at our discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WALLPAPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WallPaper and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
